QUESTIONS
HUNTING FOR HITS?
$$$What is the typical investment for a backstage transformation?
We provide quotes based on the project scope, setup needs, special materials, hauling and staffing. All projects require a 1/2 day minimum with a starting entry point of $500. Transparency is part of the show—no hidden act.
COMMITMENTWill I have to be present the whole time?
That’s up to you. Some clients love to jam side-by-side with us, while others prefer to step back and let us handle the heavy lifting. Either way, you’ll always have the final say on what stays, what goes, and how your systems are set.
CONFIDENTIALITYAm I going to be center stage or is there a private entrance?
Strict confidentiality is my creed. What happens backstage . . . stays backstage. Zero judgment. Zero shame. Only space‑rocking results.
GEARCan you source supplies for me?
Absolutely. We're your backstage organization buyer. We are happy to source bins, containers, labels, specialty hooks, or whatever else rocks your space.
MAINTAINANCECan your tour revisit my stop?
Encore Tune‑up Memberships are built for sustainability. Think seasonal refresh sessions to prevent the clutter from creeping back and keep the beat going strong.
PREPARATIONDo I need to clean or prepare before you arrive?
No need to warm up the stage — that’s our job! We want to see your space exactly as it is so we can understand what’s working and what’s not. The only prep you need is to be ready to share your goals and be open to the process.
PROCESSWhat happens during the first session?
Think of it as the opening track to your transformation. We’ll kick off with a quick walk-through of your space, talk through priorities, and set the game plan. From there, we dive right in — sorting, editing, and setting up systems so you see real progress from day one. By the end, you’ll feel the energy shift and know the band is just warming up.
SECURITYAre you locked in with bonding, licenses, & insurance?
You bet. We're fully bonded, insured, and licensed to ensure your peace of mind from pre-show preparation to the final encore.
TIMEHow long does a gig usually run?
We focus on hitting the right notes by creating detail‑driven spaces that maintain energy once the curtain drops.
A 400 sq ft space such as a garage take 30–40 hours over multiple sessions to fully sort, edit, and create new systems. Our goal is to deliver a rock-solid transformation without rushing the process.
